In her 25+ years of experience in human resource management, Wendy Alderdice has had a positive and lasting impact on a wide range of organizations. She has developed success in both small and large organizations, earning a reputation for dedication and results, since founding OutPerform HR Consulting in 2003.
Wendy is skilled in all aspects of human resource management internationally, including HR strategy implementation, organizational development, and change management. She has held corporate senior management level roles in several organizations including at Deloitte, the Ontario Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, as well as at the Socomec Group as CHRO, North America.
She has been instrumental throughout mergers & acquisitions, organizational transformations and implementation of complex HR programs on a global scale. As CHRO, Wendy led Socomec’s North American response to the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Wendy has served as a trusted advisor to CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and many other senior leaders. She assists businesses in streamlining their HR programs to maximize efficiency and profitability while avoiding costly HR problems and legal expenses.
Wendy works with a diverse group of clients spanning multiple business sectors, including manufacturing, energy, professional services, logistics, engineering, construction, insurance, software development, non-profit, government, education, healthcare and pharma to achieve their business objectives.

Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree from Western University and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations (MIR) from Queen’s University. She is also a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) and is certified in EQ-i 2.0 leadership assessment and coaching and development. Wendy enjoys volunteering as a guest lecturer at Queen’s University and volunteering in support of the Oak Park Neighbourhood Centre in the Greater Toronto Area.
